Newtown Development is looking for a Project Manager to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, management, and execution of work for assigned multi-family/apartment projects. Also, the candidate will responsible for training and developing team members under his/her supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and maintaining all aspects of project pro forma and feasibility analysis.
• Project budget management and unit cost reporting.
• Work with trade partners and construction team to build construction schedule, milestones, and project completion dates.
• On time project delivery.
• Responsible for monthly job cost review with Project Owners and Superintendent to declare project status.
• Meet weekly as a production team to discuss schedule, budget, trade partners, and any potential issues.
• Direct and document weekly team safety meetings.
• Direct frequent owner meetings to discuss project status.
• Oversite of company safety plan, OSHA logs, MSDS, environmental hazards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Apartment/Multi-Family experience is required
• 5-7 years' of experience as a Project Manager
• Strong experience in Project Management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
