Job Description:
- The Org PMO Governance and Oversight Analyst is a role within the Personal Banking and Wealth Management
- (PBWMT) organization, focused on the critical review, monitoring, and tracking of Project Management governance and oversight on the PBWMT Book of Work.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships across the various Function PMOs and other enterprise level governing bodies to better understand project manager concerns and respond in a timely manner.
- Communicating and executing the Org PMO governance and oversight activities in conjunction with the Function PMO organizations.
- Assess compliance to governance and oversight activities standards through periodic review and provide reports to key stakeholders across the organization.
- Analyze scorecards/project management tools to independently assess risks and drive actions to address the root causes that persistently lead to governance related issues.
- Identify process improvement, AI, machine learning, and automation opportunities tied to any new/existing processes performed by the Org PMO or Function PMOs where appropriate.
- Formally document (using UML and BPMN wherever possible) new and existing processes to ensure the activities the Org PMO is doing is in alignment with its enterprise expectations.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Client-group, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint a must)
- Jira and Confluence (preferred)
- Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- SharePoint
Experience:
- 5 plus years of relevant experience including project management, business analysis, process improvement, and/or project management governance.
- Strong process mapping skills, with a working knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) standards.
- Strong organization skills, time management, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation skills and ability to influence.
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to maintain highly detailed records of meetings, reviews, actions, and agreements.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data driven and results-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and ability to manage concurrent deliverables and prioritization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable communicating to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze data to identify risks and trends and make recommendations to remediate

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Up to $65.00 per hour
