Role and Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, directing, oversight and monitoring Community Building Initiative project functions

• Clearly define the goals of projects through the Advisory Committee’s input

• Maintain professional relationships as the point of contact with organizational and community partners

• Maintain close working relationships with the Executive Director and CBI coach

• Effectively track and document project metrics

• Assist in grant development as needed

• Development and implementation of clear project outcomes, duties, and timelines

• Communicate effectively during creation and execution of the project

• Compensation/ Hourly rate of $25.00 Per hour

• Compensation not to exceed $3,000.00 Per contracted period

• Role not eligible for paid time off, vacation time, tax exemption, or benefits (including but not limited to 401k, medical, vision, dental)

This is a new role to TNF, as such it is our goal to adapt and adopt the above stated roles and responsibilities as needs arise and approval from TNF Board of Directors.
