Job description

Noble is in search of a Project Manager to assist in managing our antimicrobial and conductive projects from concept to commercialization. This position reports to the Director of Technical Project Performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in maintaining R&D project timelines and keeping them on track and progressing
  • Continually build upon Project Management Software to include R&D projects, timelines, and next steps
  • Assist R&D teammates in managing both antimicrobial and conductive projects
  • Communicate with internal testing lab on R&D related testing
  • Communicate with 3rd party testing labs on timing and testing protocols
  • Work with internal quality team, 3rd party labs, and brand partners to improve performance testing standards & criteria
  • Support Asia-R&D Manager on product innovation projects
  • Drive sustainable and innovative thinking
  • Enter purchase requisitions and manage POs to vendors for R&D
  • Assist in maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual R&D budget
  • Work with finance team on payments and vendor needs
  • Assist in sourcing new materials needed for development

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA)
  • 5+ years in manufacturing environment preferred
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, analytical data system.
  • 3 years in a Project management position.
