You must be willing to take a drug screen/criminal check in accordance with local laws/regulations.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• To perform building material inspections and asbestos surveys, including collection of bulk samples, assessment of the physical / condition of materials, quantifications of materials sampled, site mapping and sample location diagrams in compliance with OSHA, EPA, Federal, State and Local rules and regulations.
• Other environmental duties as needed and project monitoring.
• Perform work within the time and budget constraints of the project.
• Abide by Atlas's health and safety policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• NYS DOL Asbestos Inspector/Project Monitoring Certificate
• NYC DEP Asbestos Investigator Certificate
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Construction Safety and Health Training
• Valid Driver's License
