Based in Bellingham, ServiceMaster Restore by Roth is a leader in disaster restoration, servicing Northwest Washington. We serve our customers in their time of need by providing disaster restoration mitigation services at a very high level 24/7/365 throughout the year.
Position Overview
Our Operations Manager will lead our production activities in the field, making decisions that impact the success of each job and leading our crews in the day-to-day work. They perform a variety of tasks such as performing, monitoring, and inspecting work for commercial and residential restoration projects to ensure completion of drying, demolition, cleaning, and various restoration activities. Daily prepares/reviews documentation to include notes, photos, and documents according to company policies and procedures, explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers, and supervises techs assigned to projects. You will need not only your excellent technical skills, but you must also have the necessary Customer Service skills that are necessary to work through difficult situations with customers as well as communicate with the insurance company representatives throughout each project.
You will assist the Project Coordinators and will be responsible for ensuring that you and your team are going above and beyond for our customers by following the program guidelines and IICRC standards. Must have basic construction background which includes a basic understanding of building materials, flooring, and other materials affected by wind, water, fire, smoke, and other property damage causes. You will make a difference here. From helping clients solve the needs they have, helping our company grow and prosper.
The compensation package includes:
- $65,000 to $75,000 annual (depending on experience) with regular wage increases
