Role: Program Manager III
Location: New York, NY
Job Term: Long-term Contract

Summary:
The main function of a program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as research, process operation, contracting, materials and enablement development, or any other non-IT based project.

Job responsibilities:
For the product:
  • Complete Workplace Tech Partners contract completion
  • Complete annual Workplace Tech Partner compliance cycle, scoring partner performance that informs their partner tier (and associated benefits)
  • Work with Business Engineering to document and monitor annual app review & security review compliance cycle across all Workplace Tech Partners
  • Route Statements of Work for signature and issue Purchase Orders for funded annual Security Reviews

For the product:
  • Support the launch of Quest ISV partner registration, onboarding, and contracting.
  • Ensure appropriate marketing, comms, and reporting channels are set up to successfully handle inbound of partners.
  • Support Partner Success and Partner Managers on inbound partner lead qualification, routing, and onboarding (or disqualification).

General:
  • Partner with marketing to tell the story of our ecosystem through key content creation:
- Partner Recruitment and Enablement materials across our suite of products - platform overview pitch deck (key product surfaces, our APIs & permissions), partner success stories.
  • Work with Partner Success on ‘build’ partner onboarding, outbound comms, work with Product & PMM on educating our partners on new platform capability launches (new APIs, webhooks) and capturing key
  • Partner feedback on product roadmap requests, partner experience improvements.
  • Build and maintain partner database, infrastructure and tooling: Salesforce CRM, Partner Relationship Manager tool, Partner Home tool.
  • Lead Partner Data measurement & analytics to: monitor ecosystem health (e.g. new integrations, new apps, partner churn risk, partner offboarding.)
  • Process documentation of partner lifecycle and journey across our suite of products.
  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Confer with cross-functional teams to discuss project specifications and execution plan.

Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Strong knowledge of operating principles involved in program management and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of tools such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Salesforce etc.
