We are currently seeking motivated person for our Property Evaluator position. This is a full time, (M-F) permanent position. Professional demeanor to be maintained- company shirts with logo provided as uniform, company vehicle provided to conduct evaluations.

Job Description:To inspect the property condition, regardless of occupancy, visually checking operations of the appliances, smoke detectors, CO detectors, HVAC air filters, plumbing and overall condition of the structure. Utilizing the software provided for recording condition, updating information, communicating to property managers of possible violations of lease contract. (Pets, unauthorized occupants, illegal practice).Follow instruction regarding the installation of entry /deadbolt locks, smoke & CO detectors, being respectful to the premises in regards to the owner’s property and the resident’s possessions.
Candidate requirements:· Basic maintenance knowledge – how to change HVAC filters, how to change locks, install smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and complete efficiently· Technology: Basic computer knowledge – able to learn new software applications, training is provided· Physically Able to go up and down ladders, into crawl spaces & attics for condition review, ability to lift 25 lbs.· Provide good communication, verbal and written· People person – works well around others, team player· Self-starter – performs duties without supervision, ability to work independently· Organized / able to prioritize, ability to follow direction, follow geographical schedule as prepared · Able to keep up with inventory of locks, filters, batteries, and note particulars of each inspection· Detail oriented – notices surroundings· Maintain security of premises, keys, equipment· Willingness to adhere to company PPE guidelines – mask, gloves, booties· Clean driving record, clean criminal record REQUIRED
