Catholic Charities Maine Central Services, Portland has a Full-Time opening for a Property & Facilities Manager.

The qualified person in this position will manage all agency-related facilities, owned and leased, and must be able to travel to Catholic Charities Maine program offices throughout the state. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing facility vendors/subcontractors.
  • Supervising all maintenance and custodial employees (as many as XX people).
  • Participating in all negotiations and project management for leased space, repairs, renovations and upkeep projects
  • Selling and purchasing facilities and property,
  • Hiring vendors, subcontractors, and managing utility vendor/provider contracts.

We seek a professional with a minimum of an associate’s degree, five (5) years of related work experience, and knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, finish work, painting, landscaping, plowing, masonry, etc.
