Property Manager
LHH is currently recruiting for a Property Manager in Raleigh, NC. As the Property Manager you will be responsible for fiscal management, budgeting and operations of a rental portfolio. Previous experience in leasing and/or property managemnet is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing, rent collection and budgeting for a specific rental portfolio
- Ensure lease compliance and investigate lease violations
- Oversee budgeting and planning
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or leasing
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
