Princeton Properties, a premier New England based property management firm, is currently seeking a dynamic professional to manage our three year old, 192 unit apartment home community in North Andover, Massachusetts.

As a Property Manager with our firm, you will have responsibility for the daily operations of the community including marketing, resident relations, and budgeting. Must be a team motivator with a proven track record of supervision. Our Property Managers set the standard on how the staff engages prospective and current residents.

A minimum of 2 years prior property management experience is required. College degree preferred. Professional designations (ARM, CPM, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.

Strengths will include financial management skills, outstanding people/customer service skills, superior communications skills, computer proficiency, knowledge of revenue management, marketing strategies and Fair Housing.

The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of property management software, ideally Real Page OneSite and Yieldstar.
