An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Service Technician, this is not your typical office job, on a day to day, work will consist of driving to various properties, and performing detailed photographic documentation on rental homes which you’ll compile into high-quality Property Conditions Reports for several property managers. This is a PART-TIME position. We schedule your appointments based on your availability to fit your lifestyle. No experience is needed/ paid training
Compensation:$19 hourly
Responsibilities:- Thoroughly reviewing single-family residential properties for overall condition and any damages/issues
- Documenting damages through photos and comments
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Physical work: carry ladders, change smoke alarms, and air filters, replace door stops, etc.
