Proposal Manager

Duval Landscape Maintenance, LLC is looking for a highly successful Proposal Manager, Grant/Technical Writer.

You would be responsible for responding to solicitations and writing meaningful, winning proposals. This position is responsible for researching appropriate solicitations, maintaining a library of content, and responding to complex, high-quality proposal documents. You will be responsible for responding to all solicitations. You will work with the sales team and management to provide the most appropriate responses, ensuring quality standards, company policies, methodologies, and meeting deadlines.

What You’ll Do

• Write and edit responses for RFPs, RFIs, and prospect questions with support from our internal team

• Provide and maintain the single source of truth for branded messaging and proposal content, working closely with internal teams to maintain content library integrity

• Oversee the current RFP content library, ensuring that content is straightforward, effective, and easy to understand

• Regularly moderate, review, proof, and edit new content

• Format proposals gather assets and ready responses for submission

• Maintain tagging, collections, and sectioning systems as well as the overall process for each RFP including following up with subject matter experts for timely responses

• Ensure draft responses to RFPs and RFIs are compliant and professionally produced within customer-defined requirements and timeframes

Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience/proven ability in analyzing RFP requirements and providing appropriate responses

• Excellent written and organizational skills

• Experience with Google Drive

• Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced work environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
