Sierra Lobo, offers customers a full range of professional and technical capabilities, including Test and Evaluation, Systems Engineering, and Advanced Technologies. We also develop products and processes related to Cryogenic Fluid and Thermal Management Systems, Densified Propellant Management Systems, and Prototype Extreme Pressure and Temperature Systems. Our customers include the Department of Defense (DoD), the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

Responsibilities:
- Initiates proposal planning and implements the capture strategy in the proposal
Develops the proposal plan, ensuring that proposal development infrastructure is in place, the proposal is staffed, and delivers needed proposal training for proposal contributors
Develops the proposal outline and top level storyboards/annotated outlines, and orals plan, RFP cross-reference and compliance matrices and questions/comments on RFP documents
Manages storyboard/annotated outline development and writing and editing of all proposal drafts
Develops and manages the proposal schedule to ensure that established milestones are met
Coordinates all proposal reviews, including informal, internal team reviews and formal, external Blue, Red and Gold reviews
Ensures quality and compliance of proposal products, coordinates editing and proposal production activities, and oversees proposal costs to budget
Coordinates and interfaces with the publications manager and proposal production personnel
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Proven capacity to effectively and efficiently interview a broad spectrum of technical, programmatic, infrastructure and executive staff in order to generate first drafts of proposal sections
- Able to write original proposal narratives
