Prospect Marketing Manager
The Marketing team is seeking a Prospect Marketing Manager with a passion for devising plays and messaging that generate meetings for the sales organization. The ideal candidate has proven experience in developing SDR plays that take the best of what Marketing produces across Product Marketing and Demand Gen practices to craft compelling plays and messaging for the SDR team to run.
This person will work most closely with sales but report to growth marketing
Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales Leadership on the tele-qualification strategy and approach
  • Develop sales-focused “snackable” content for the SDR team
  • Analyze Demand and SDR data to optimize content based on results
  • Partner with SDR leader on strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Optimize SDR call scripts and emails for optimal impact
  • Host SDR play performance reviews with senior leadership on a regular basis
  • Work closely with Demand team to develop A/B testing plans, landing page optimization and other initiatives to improve conversion rates across funnel
  • Provide structured training programs for the SDR team surrounding the use of Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in writing sales-focused communications
  • Expertise with Outreach or commensurate tool
  • Expertise working with LinkedIn Navigator for prospecting
  • Experience conducting target account research

Ideal:

  • Possess a background as an SDR / BDR and has risen to a leadership role.
  • Experience with ABM programs and account targeting
  • Understands integrated marketing campaigns
