Balance Psychotherapy is a boutique practice in the West Fulton Market that specializes working with adults. We are committed to proving psychotherapy services that are accessible, and insurance-friendly.

Balance Psychotherapy is a supportive and collaborative place to work where therapists get to be creative and work with clients they feel passionate about. We are seeking an LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, PsyD or PhD to join our team.

Qualifications

• Full time employees will carry a caseload of min 25 clients per week.
• Must have full and unrestricted licensure
• Must be able to assess clients to determine fit for outpatient treatment and establish a provisional diagnosis and initial treatment plan.
• Conduct individual therapy
• Interst in learning / conducting couple's thearapy
• Complete all required clinical documentation to support services provided.
• If necessary, provide crisis intervention services to clients to ensure risk levels are properly managed and triaged to a higher level of care as appropriate.
• Maintain scheduling of all active clients to ensure clinical needs are being met.
• Maintain collaboration with the client’s referring physician/professional to ensure optimum care and support level.
• Participate in consultation or supervision following licensure laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
