Looking for a positive, enthusiastic, and caring PTA to work at Water & Sports Physical Therapy at one of our outpatient clinics. New grads welcome. Salary from $25.00. We will train in high-level manual therapy techniques, aquatic therapy, and advanced exercise progression. You will be teamed up directly with one PT and treat next to each other the entire day. We focus on monthly education/manual therapy meetings in addition to paying for the full cost of the Advanced Proficiency Pathway (APP) which includes mentorship, coursework, and APTA membership. WSPT also will pay for certification coursework to be CFPS (Certified Fall Prevention Specialist) and Myofascial Decompression Certified (MFDc). This job is meant for someone who is interested in developing their skills to be the best therapist they can be. We also offer a major focus on weekly education in manual therapy and advanced physical therapy.

We request that the PTA be able to work (4) hours on select Saturdays for 52 days over the course of working at WSPT These are not necessarily consecutive and can be spaced out over time

We treat patients of all ages and pathologies and you will be trained by the top Physical Therapists in San Diego. We were chosen by the Padres to be the official Physical Therapists for the 2015 and 2016 seasons and treat professional athletes as well as of all types of pathologies.
