The Purchasing Agent is responsible for receiving all food, beverage and other related products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Receives all food, beverage and other related products in a timely manner, by following HACCP Based SOP’s for Food Handling
Knowledge of computer systems to include, Email, Excel, and Word
Signs invoices with proper signature and codes invoices.
Receives and Issues liquor invoices/requisitions into Accubar’s perpetual log.
Answer phones in a professional manner.
Communicates shorts on invoices.
Verifies what food and beverage deliveries are per specifications and quality levels.
Oversee activity in general storeroom.
Supervises storeroom attendants and clerks.
Directly responsible for sanitation in the Food and Beverage storage area.
Helps coordinate monthly inventory physical counts
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Three years food and beverage receiving experience.
- Ability to read and write.
- Good verbal communications.
- Ability to multi-task and give attention to detail
