What You Will Do

The Quality Assurance Engineer works with the Software team to develop and execute software test cases, report test results, test fixes as they are implemented, and execute regression and performance tests.

Responsibilities:

• Define testing scope/approach and develop/execute test cases for both new product development and continuing engineering projects for web and mobile applications.
• Report test results, status, concerns, and risks.
• Test fixes as they are implemented.
• Execute regression and performance tests prior to software release.
• Become an expert in use of RateLinx software applications and help drive continual quality improvement in them.
• Be a resource to coworkers regarding issues and questions related to these applications.
• Provide training and support to coworkers as it pertains to these applications.
• Complete projects by assigned deadlines.
• Ensure the principles of security, availability, confidentiality, and processing integrity are maintained at all times.

Who You Are

• You thrive in a professional office environment and bring accountability to your work.

• The work you deliver is thorough and of high quality.
• You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree may also be considered.
• Your experience in software QA spans at least three years, including hands-on experience in functional/regression/performance test planning/design/execution, and data analysis/reporting.
• You live within a 45-mile radius of the Scottsdale office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
