Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Corporate Quality Department in implementing, operating, and maintaining a quality control system for controlling raw material, in-process, and finished products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Your Priorities

  • Compiles data and generates statistical reports, including capability studies, repeatability & reproducibility studies, and control charts.
  • Audits control charts, and assists in general QC areas, as required.
  • Assists with training of employees in SPC methods and technical studies.
  • Assists with training of inspectors in proper use of equipment and test methods.
  • Creates and maintains statistical reports, forms, and related documents.
  • Travels between plants for business, as required.

Requirements

Your Background

  • High School Diploma or GED, plus 4 to 6 years of manufacturing experience (including 1 to 2 years in a quality function) OR
  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of manufacturing experience (including 1 to 2 years in a quality function).
