Manages the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Lead quality initiatives for 2 location plant operations. Ensures the correct implementation and monitor their effectiveness.
- Devise Procedures to inspect and report any potential Quality issues.
- Monitor all operations that affect Quality.
- Assure reliability and consistency of product by tracking through the entire manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with Customer Specific requirements.
- Report any issues to management to ensure immediate action.
- Analyze quality data to facilitate proactive solutions.
- Review and improve all current standards and policies.
- Maintain records of quality reports, charts, reviews, inspections, and any other relevant documentation.
- Be prepared to readily communicate with the customer in the event of an on-site inspection or visit.
- Build and maintain a QA/QC team to cover both facilities.
- Inspect all outgoing finished product to customer specific requirements.
- Provide Quality training to all employees.
