Advance Products & Systems, LLC, a global leader in design and manufacturing of innovative cathodic protection, corrosion prevention and safety products has an available position for an Quality Control Specialist. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be capable of utilizing Microsoft Office to support our team by creating documents, inspecting product and ensuring continual improvement throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

Dimensional and visual inspection of manufactured products.

Create and modify standard operating procedures using Microsoft Office.

Work with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company

Training employees on good quality practices and control measures to improve product excellence

Keep personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access

Requirements

Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem identification and resolution skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook

Keen attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication

Desired Characteristics

Must be able to follow instructions

Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

Experience with measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, and other measuring instruments preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,400.00 - $44,600.00 per year
