The Quality Control (QC) Specialist will be expected to assist in coordinating vendor returns, and creating and delivering reports to Mitco and Lulus' personnel. This position will be responsible for conducting audits of Mitcos production results, and working in Admin WMS to maintain the product pipeline. As a result of this person's efforts, Lulus will be able to provide our customers with high-quality merchandise, as well as ensure streamlined and efficient QC and inbound processes.

What You'll Do

• Maintain knowledge of standards outlined in the Lulus Vendor Contract.

• Measure and quality check new and updated products following the Lulus Vendor Contract guidelines.

• Work cross-functionally with the Receiving, Buying, and Creative teams on product issues.

• Assist VC Manager with coordinating and consolidating vendor returns.

• Maintain return bin accuracy.

• Assist in vendor communications.

• Work cross-functionally with the PA warehouse to consolidate vendor returns.

• Troubleshoot and provide reporting on PO exceptions that occur during the Mitco production cycle.

• Daily standard reporting for multiple departmental functions.

• Create ASNs for outbound shipments.

• Perform audits of Mitcos QC function and provide insight and feedback to Mitco and Lulus' onsite leadership as needed.

• Provide Barcode approval as needed for Mitco QC function.

• Other duties as assigned by the Operations Leadership team.
