Job description
Specialized Recruiting Group - Cincinnati Northwest is currently seeking a Quality Engineer to fill a 1st Shift Direct Hire position in the Cincinnati Area!
Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation and operation of various mechanical systems
- Repair machine and equipment defects
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Develop and present schematic design proposals
- Identify technologies to improve operationally
- Document design narratives & engineering analysis
Quality Engineer Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Quality Engineer is required
- Previous experience in the Aerospace Industry is a plus
- Six Sigma experience is a plus
- Previous experience with Project Management is required
- Familiarity with manufacturing designs or schematics
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Quality Engineer Compensation: Up to $100K based on skills and experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
