As a Quality Improvement Consultant, you will enrich your career by developing relationships within Population and Community Health. You will perform as a fully functional member of our team interpreting clinical quality data, developing appropriate quality improvement plans, addressing barriers, identifying root causes, prioritizing needs, and utilizing evidence-base resources.

- Bachelor’s degree in a health care field or related area preferred. Three to five years of hospital experience, either actively participating in improvement initiatives as a clinician or coordinating improvement initiatives as a health quality professional.
Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and their practical application. Including, experience in designing and implementing action plans. A CPHQ or Six Sigma Yellow Belt is desirable.
Ability to interpret data, such as performance on clinical quality measures, and provide guidance on identifying and prioritizing opportunities for improvement.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to build consultative relationships with hospital personnel.
- Must be able to function effectively as a member of a remote team, manage multiple priorities, and be comfortable using good judgment to keep work moving in the absence of complete information.
- Proficient in Office 365 and adept with time management

- Limited (<10%) travel may be required as needed within the state/region.
