Quality Management Assistant (Environment of Care Focus)*
Northwest Human Services is hiring a highly motivated individual to provide a wide range of administrative and data management support to the Quality Management department.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Quality Management Assistant (Environment of Care Focus), you will assist with data entry, tracking, summaries, and analysis from quality and risk management activities. Includes but not limited to, environment of care (EoC), workforce safety, and emergency management programs. You will create and maintain reports using data visualization methods to illustrate trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree
- High proficiency with computers and MS Office (specifically MS Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to maintain strict confidentiality and diplomacy
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare administration, computer information systems, social sciences, or equivalent experience.
- One year of work experience or equivalent training in workforce safety/emergency management activities in a healthcare environment is preferred.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Participates in observations and information collection for HRSA, Joint Commission, CCO, and other regulatory/accreditation agency requirements. Supports continuous survey readiness in coordination with the Director of Quality Management.
- Provides support to the Safety Officer with assigned activities that support OSHA, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory/accrediting agencies’ compliance.
- Maintains Agency SDS system, ICS binders, Safety Committee intranet page, and other Agency forms/documents.
- Participates in committee and team meetings to identify and address improvement opportunities and projects in any required role, from scheduling, organizing, and presenting to supporting with minutes, agenda, and relevant information.
