YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY:

• Providing operational support to the quality manager regarding quality management systems

· Group-wide coordination with the quality system and operation specialists and experts in the other branches for alignment of the quality management system

· Identify quality-related improvement potentials in the quality management system and participate in the implementation

· Advice and assistance in the drafting and modification of documents as well as distribution and withdrawal of documents

· Support and consultation of departments according to food safety and quality related topics

· Implementation and training of the different quality tools and methods in use

• Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations, food safety requirements and quality standards
• Training and awareness building of staff according to food safety and quality topics
• Coordination and handling of failure notices and complaints
• Analysis and evaluation of quality-relevant data
• Planning, performing and processing of internal and external audits
• Ensures ongoing abidance by industry regulatory and quality requirements
• Willingness to participate in further training and to take on tasks in other management systems of the organization

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?

• Suitable education and/or work experience in corporate process and quality management
• Experience in operational quality management systems
• Ability to follow an integrated approach and think across interfaces
• Superb computer competence, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office

· Knowledge of good hygiene and manufacturing practices

· Knowledge of relevant regulatory and private standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work while multitasking
• Must work effectively in team environments
• Proficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and SAP
• Statistical process control skills and use of statistical analysis software preferred

· Must follow company policies, procedures, practices, and standards of conduct

· Ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information in a confidential manner

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

· Works in a manufacturing environment

· This position is exposed to occupational hazards, including but not limited to high noise levels, physical obstacles, exposure to chemicals, etc.

· Must wear appropriate safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing, and footwear in appropriate areas and follow safety practices

· Able to lift up to 40 pounds
