We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our quick service locations! Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to pass a 10-year criminal background check
• Prefers three plus (3+) years of increasingly responsible restaurant/food service management experience
• Innate desire to provide the very best guest experience, every time
• Mentality of a leader with a willingness to learn and grow
• Be eligible to work in the USA

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Have the stamina to work 50 or more hours per week. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, bend, balance; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
