The Residence at Oak Grove is a luxurious assisted living and memory care community in Thomasville, Georgia. Our community is a resort-style atmosphere that provides the finest senior living experiences, and a wide variety of zestful activities for seniors calling or wanting to call this beautiful area home.

We are seeking a Caregiver that embodies our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.

Schedule: 12-hour shift, days will vary, weekend availability

Rate of pay: $13.00-$15.00 per hour depending on experience. Competitive shift differential for overnight shifts.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have compassion, sensitivity, and desire to work with the elderly.
• Possess skills to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and other customers.
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Be punctual with a good attendance record.
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
