Summary:

The Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix is seeking skilled, motivated, and reliable individuals to fill the part time position of Event Staff. Under the direct supervision of the Events and Entertainment Department, the Event Staff position will assist in the overall execution of the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and other events at Miami International Autodrome throughout the year.

Core Responsabilities:

• Work ALL race week event days for the 2023 Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix (May 4th, 2023 – May 7th, 2023).
• Arrive prior to gates open to set up/re-set all event spaces and activations.
• Oversee and operate activations on event days including but not limited to partnership activations, photo opportunities, community activations, and Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix brand elements.
• Provide a high-quality customer service interaction with all guests to enhance the fan experience.
• Support the Events and Entertainment department in race week duties as assigned.
• Opportunity to work other events throughout the year including Miami Dolphins Training Camp and Home Games, Dolphins Challenge Cancer, and Miami Open.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Development Opportunities:

• Speaker panel event with members of the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and Miami Dolphins front office staff.
• Quarterly career chats with the Events and Entertainment team on specific topics.

Qualifications:

• Must have a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
• A professional demeanor with the ability to interact with fans & front office staff and conduct themselves accordingly.

Requirements:

Must commit to one day of training and all Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix event days.
