BayCare is currently in search of our newest Radiology Technologist to join the imaging team who is passionate about providing outstanding patient care and customer service to the community we serve!

We are looking to fill a Radiology Technologist position located at St. Joseph's Hospital South in Riverview, FL

Title: Radiology Technologist- Pool

Responsibilities:

• Performs diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.

• May perform minor invasive procedures and support operating room and emergency department diagnostic imaging services.

• Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation and other related duties necessary.

• Must be able to demonstrate clinical skills that are appropriate to the position.

• Must be able to display the following skills: time management, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and customer service.

• Must have computer skills that are appropriate to the position.

Certification & Licensure:

• Required - BLS Certification

• Required – Radiology License

• Required - ARRT Certification

-or- ARRT Certification (registry eligible)

-or- ARRT Certification (within 6 months)

Education:

• Required – Technical Diploma (Radiology)

-or- Associates Degree (radiology)

Experience:

• Preferred – 1 year Radiology

• Preferred – 1 year MRI

• Preferred – 1 year CT Technologist
