This Re-Entry Case Manager position focuses on providing case management support to clients involved within the competency process. As clients work on gaining competency to stand trial, this position works to identify and address case management needs and provide services to clients in the office and in the community. This position works closely within a dynamic team including peer, case manager, clinical service providers, and competency restoration education staff. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with many community partners to serve clients involved in the Larimer Competency Docket, which is the first competency court docket in the state!

Experiences and Background We Look For:
  • Required: 1-2 years professional experience as a behavioral health clinician in the human services industry. Bachelors in human services field from accredited College or University
  • Applicants must be able to pass an extensive background check for Larimer County sheriff's department.
  • Preferred: Bilingual/Bi-cultural.
Wage Ranges:
Typical hiring range, for a 40-hour work week, based on relevant qualifications and experience is:

  • Range of pay-$37,313.33 -$44,775.99
  • Please note this does not include an additional 10% program differential pay.
This includes a differential for work within the criminal justice services. Clinical staff working within the SummitReach Program can earn between $2,000 - $23,400 in addition to their base wage, depending on the position and FTE level.
