Liability Insurance

Real estate agents/brokers are responsible for:

  • Selling, leasing, and purchasing of residential, commercial, land, and/or industrial properties. The agent is the point person for handling all aspects of the sale and/or lease, including showing properties to prospective buyers or tenants, scheduling inspections, negotiating the terms of purchase and/or lease agreements, and advising clients on all real estate matters pertaining to the transaction.
  • Listing properties for sale/lease
  • Presenting property to potential buyers and tenants
  • Scheduling Inspections and appointments for clients/customers
  • Negotiating purchase and/or lease agreements
  • Advising clients on real estate matters
  • Marketing properties through advertising and other marketing activities
  • Becoming a local real estate professional for the area you work in
  • Organizing and filing paperwork/records
  • Reporting to the broker
  • Working the Floor

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent/broker with the state of FL
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask
  • Must be comfortable with technology and working online
  • Must be reliable, respectful, honest, and hardworking
  • 18+ years of age / Legally allowed to work in the USA
  • Must be able to meet with the team and company

Residential Commission offered:

  • Beginners 50% - You have completed 3 or less sales in the prior year (last 12 months)
  • Intermediate 70% - You have completed over 3 but less than 5 sales in the prior year (last 12 months)
  • Professionals 80% - You have completed over 5 sales in the prior year (last 12 months)
  • All licensees receive 100% of their commission minus applicable transaction fees once they hit their office cap of $16,500 for the year.

Commercial & All Rental Commissions offered:

  • 90% - All levels; no office cap for Commercial and/or rentals.

Start-up Fees:

  • One-time fee of $299.

Desk/Technology Fee:

  • $85/mo
