What we are looking for in you -

We have high expectations for our team and its members - This is how we have gotten to where we are and will support us to where we will go. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detailed oriented, and will identify opportunities in every situation! Below are some crucial qualifications we would love to see.

• Ohio Real Estate Agent license (Required)
• Sales or Real Estate experience (Preferably 3+ years)
• Proficient in industry software (CRM, MLS, Dotloop/DocuSign)
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to the market tends
• Reliable Transportation

How we compensate you-

With our team, we offer a very competitive commission split - We do not have a capping system or flat transaction fees - There is a 5% fee of total earned commission paid to the broker on each transaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
