Our Newberg office is looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Agent Broker's responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities

• Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
• Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
• Evaluate the clients' desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices

Requirements

• Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school. If you are not licensed check out our real estate school. Use WC30 for 30% off.
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be 18+
