This is a high commission-based coaching and recruiting position. It is possible to make 6 figures monthly or 7 figures yearly with this team. This is not a salary position.

We are looking for a Real Estate Coach and Trainer for our team, we are a high-production sales team and are in multiple states. Looking for the right partner to help us grow.

Licensed agent leads are provided, along with tools for agent recruiting in markets.

Responsibilities

• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
• +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
