One of our clients, A Real Estate Company Is seeking talented individuals to join their growing team in Lawton, Oklahoma

Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
Work location in Lawton, Oklahoma
Onsite position
Pay Rate $17.50 to $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Bonus for each closing as well
Full-time
8:30 to 5:30 pm central time

Activities

• Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
• Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
• Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
• Schedule & coordinate closing process.
• Input all client information into client database system.
• Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day & 120 Day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals.
• Negotiating with buyer and seller.

Qualifications

• Related Work Experience
• 1 + years with Previous Real Estate or Transaction Coordinator experience is preferred.
• Mortgage lending experience would be preferred as well.
• Real Estate Licenses are strongly preferred.
• Strong typing and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in English.
