Cross Country Commercial Realty is looking to hire 2 Realtors Assistants to help us get more listings. Commercial Real Estate is booming right now!

Weekly Salary plus commission. Paid Training & Mentoring. We will help you get your license also.

Your job duties would include:

· Scheduling appointments with potential sellers

· Following up on leads

· Collecting Documents

· Communicate with clients

· Providing clients with helpful information about their homes

· Managing client databases and contracts

Skills:

· Phone Sales Experience

· Customer Focused

· Motivated and Committed

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Basic Computer Knowledge

· Strong Problem Solving Abilities

Applicants must be willing to become licensed upon hire as we will provide sponsorship support to obtain your necessary real estate license.

Full training will be provided in order for you to reach your full potential in this role. The ability to think quickly on your feet is essential, along with being able to take direction from senior staff members.
