Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Receiving Specialist to contribute to our Lightning Source team in Jackson, TN.

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment required

What You’ll Do:

• Receive boxes and cartons via UPS, Fed-Ex, and common carrier.
• Drive a tow motor to unload or load trucks and move skids within the Operations area.
• Help maintain the receiving area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Oversee incoming shipments to ensure accuracy, record shortages and reject damaged items.
• Coordinating day-to-day operations by leading and directing group of employees to ensure a smooth workflow
• Train and instruct employees on the proper use of equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

• Personal computing skills with basic Excel and Word
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, storing and distributing materials in a timely manner.
