DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting and directing all guest and vendors that enter the front lobby area
- Organizing and scheduling company meetings for the office
- Answering and transferring calls in a prompt and effective manner
- Organizing and filing all incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining and organizing the front reception area
- Maintain and update company contact lists
- Responsible for organizing and communicating all aspects of Earthbound’s Employee of the Month
- Responsible for organizing, stocking, and maintaining the office conference rooms prior and post meetings
- Responsible for making sure bathrooms and breakrooms are stocked and clean; informing those necessary if supplies need to be reordered or that the cleaning crew needs to come in
- Responsible for maintaining and allocating work request tickets to the correct departments
- Provides excellent customer service to internal & external sources
- Assist the Recruiting/HR/Payroll team with projects when needed
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
- An Earthbound Brand Ambassador
- Posses and maintain exemplary customer service skills
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Work, and Excel
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity
- Previous retail or receptionist experience a PLUS
