The Receptionist role is crucial in providing world class support to Advisors in order to deliver unparalleled service to clients. With responsibilities in reception, mailing & overall office management they will work effectively and efficiently to provide an exceptional degree of client service & office support.

Required Qualifications:

• Has equivalent experience.
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Has excellent interpersonal skills.

• Has excellent problem-solving skills.
• Is extremely attentive to detail.
• Has a genuine interest in serving and caring for other people.
• Has excellent organizational, task, and time management skills.
• Is able to self-teach when given appropriate resources.
• Ability to fill multiple roles and be flexible.

• Has a high degree of comfort with technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
