The Center for Health and Sports Medicine, founded in 2010 with the vision to empower people by promoting a comprehensive and whole-person approach to health through primary care and sports medicine. We are looking for a receptionist who can produce high quality, detailed work based on our office procedures and policies. The job requires excellent communication skills to provide high quality customer service with an empathetic approach needed for a healthcare setting. Job requirements would include the following:
1. Manage incoming phone calls for scheduling, patient messaging and billing
2. Schedule appointments
3. Entering patient demographics into EMR
4. Check-in/Check-out patients
5. Collection of copays and patient balances and recording into EMR
6. Manage schedule for providers
7. Scanning, filing, and faxing the documents and preparing them for mail-out.
