Receptionist

Our dental office has been an active part of this community for over 30 years. As a team we are committed to providing the highest quality of care and making sure we exceed every patient's expectation. We are looking for a candidate who is committed, a team player, performs well under pressure, and has a positive outgoing personality. In this position you will have the opportunity to learn from an incredibly knowledgeable and fun loving staff! We are willing to train the right person for this position. Responsibilities:

- Answering phones and documenting detailed messages

- Scheduling patients

- Researching dental insurance and communicating with insurance

- Explaining treatment to patients and cost of future treatment

- Collecting co-pays from patients

- Giving patients the best possible experience

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills

- Positive professional attitude

- College degree (strongly preferred but not required)

- Reception experience (preferred but not required)

- Residing in Flagstaff full-time
