We are looking for a part time Receptionist to work on weekends 9am to 3pm. We offer a courteous and friendly work environment.

Job Responsibilities;

• Warmly acknowledge and greet visitors, guests, residents and vendors, etc.
• Answer multi-line telephone system, determine nature of call and forward caller to appropriate individual or department
• Maintain current file/listing of residents by name and room number
• Receive requests from within the facility and locate personnel through paging system
• Give directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, vendors, etc.
• Sort, distribute, and route incoming mail to appropriate residents, departments and/or personnel
• Responsible for Resident Trust Account administration; record daily funds received for deposit
• Maintain cash box for gift shop, meal tickets, etc.
• Ensure office supplies have been replenished in work areas as directed and report equipment/supply needs; place orders for office supplies as needed
• Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when operating office equipment and report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns

• 
  Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and show proof of such
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least one year’s experience working in a customer service related field
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
