Our client is a big bank headquartered in Brazil looking to hire for their Miami office. Looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to assist their Facilities team. The office is located east of Little Havana & north of Brickell.

Position: Receptionist

Schedule: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Pay: $18/hr to $20/hr

Full-time Temp to Perm role

Must be bilingual in Portuguese!

Responsibilities:

• Being the face of the organization and general point of contact for our member’s questions or concerns
• Monitoring the screening process of all members and guests
• Ensuring a smooth operation by moving quickly and effortlessly around the office
• Ensuring that our members feel safe, comfortable, and empowered at work
• Building magnificent displays of food and drinks or office supplies
• Taking ownership over managing inventory and ordering your location’s supplies
