Location: PIO Decimo - Tucson AZ

The Child Care Program Receptionist provides primary support for the front office reception area using a multi-line phone. Answers inquiries and provides information for general public, customers, visitors, and vendors; provides administrative support for report preparation, data entry, and general office duties; and assists with activities in a licensed child care and after school facility as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• One year's experience in an office environment doing general office functions
• Good communication skills, using appropriate grammar and tone
• Good skills with computer software programs, including Word and Excel
• Obtain State of Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Ability to obtain TB skin test and drug screening
• Valid Arizona Driver License, proof of insurance and Arizona Motor Vehicle Division39 months Motor Vehicle Report
• Ability to obtain TB skin test and drug screening
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
• Ability to obtain needed immunizations to comply with childcare hiring requirements
• Ability to lift 20 pounds 10 % of work time, bend, stoop, reach, and climb

Desired Qualifications

• Bilingual, English / Spanish verbal and written
• Additional years of office experience
• Additional experience working with children in the classroom and/or in a recreation facility
• Certificate or AA degree in Education, Business Administration, or related areas
