Position Information:
The Receptionist will provide customer service by addressing the various needs of our patients and families. The Receptionist will provide the coverage with smooth transition between the reception areas, while ensuring the continuance of all duties specific for each area. The Receptionist will clearly communicate expectations to provide comfort and to address the needs of all families and visitors, as well as assist nursing staff, support staff, and physicians with general information and directions regarding their patients and families. The Receptionist will oversee the activities of the volunteers placed to assist with daily functions in the reception area.
