Apple Tree Dental is looking for an amazing, long-term, and committed individual who is driven and self-motivated to join our dynamic team! As an office, we strive to provide the best care possible for our patients, and the insurance coordinator plays a big role in this goal!

MUST HAVES for this role include being a problem solver, fast learner, having strong math skills, willing to take initiative, ability to work well independently and in a team setting, and have Google and Microsoft Office skills.

Duties include (but are not limited to) collecting and verifying patient dental insurance, claims follow-up, following an aging report, posting payments, making account adjustments, answering calls, and scheduling patients. Dentrix and insurance billing knowledge is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Hours are M-TH, 8 AM - 5 PM, and Fridays 8 AM - 12 PM.

Pay will be based on experience level.

Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
