o They pamper them by paying close attention to little details, by asking them what they prefer, checking in on them

o They make sure clean towels are fully stocked throughout the recreation department and take the used ones to the laundry room

o They sanitize gym equipment, replenish toiletries, clean showers and mirrors

o They shine shoes, remove dirt & grass from shoes
