Use your strong sourcing and interviewing skills to find, interview, and hire great caregivers bringing with you your advanced expertise in using state of the art sourcing and recruiting strategies, solutions and technologies such as SEO targeted pay per click, job board cost optimization and social media recruiting.

Are you a great pubic speaker? In this role you get to welcome all new hires when you facilitate Orientations and really get to know the great people you just hired!

Are you a whiz at technology systems? You get to showcase your proficiency on different systems such as our ATS, MS OneDrive, and our eLearning LMS.

Love to be a coach? Great! Use your skills to provide feedback to help our caregivers grow and succeed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
